Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before artwork approval and production begins.
• Once artwork is approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• The product differs significantly from the approved artwork

Non-Refundable Situations

We are not responsible for:

• Minor color variations (screen vs physical product)
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Errors in approved artwork submitted by customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
